Valerie Lee is the Founder of Strategies Unlimited, Inc., a training and development firm focused on practical, customized solutions that strengthen leadership, performance, and execution. With 20+ years of experience across training, operations, and change initiatives, she helps organizations translate goals into day-to-day habits and measurable results. Her work is grounded in integrity, excellence, and purpose—equipping leaders and teams with tools they can apply immediately and sustain over time.

  • 20+ years leading training, operational improvement, and change initiatives that strengthen people, performance, and execution.

  • Designs practical, customized learning and onboarding that translates into day-to-day habits and measurable results.

  • Led organization-wide learning strategy in a professional services environment, building role-based learning paths and onboarding across attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams.
